GRIDSHELL DOME FOR LARGE SPAN
We used a parametric design process informed by principles of gridshell engineering
to create an
encapsulated space that encourages deep and restorative states of meditation. Our process developed
twelve iterations that tested how different forms affect both the space and the meditation experience.
